Füllwatte ausgegangen!

♥ Tjaa. Die Füllwatte hat nur für die Ärmchen gereicht. Dabei wäre das Stopfen gerade die richtige Tätigkeit im Moment; sonst bin ich für nichts zu gebrauchen. Beginne etwas und lass es liegen. Mir ist einfach ständig schlecht. Im Herzen. Aber das wird wohl den meisten so gehen im Moment. Hier bleibt es eine Weile ruhig.

♥ Well. There was enough stuffing only enough for the tiny arms. And right now, it would be just the right activity at the moment - I am just for nothing to use right now. Just starting something and letting it be. I'm feeling sick all the time. In my heart. Like most people at the moment, I suppose. My blog will stay not-updated a while.

♥ Jaaha. Täyte riitti vain pikkukäsiin. Ja juuri nyt täytteen survominen olisi mitä mainiointa tekemistä, muuten en kykene lähes muuhun kuin kävelemään edestakaisin. Aloittamaan jotain ja jättämään kesken. Minulla on koko ajan paha olo. Sydämessä. Mutta sen tunteen kanssa tuskin olen yksin näinä päivinä. Blogissani tulee olemaan rauhallista jonkun aikaa.

Seit knapp einer Woche wuuuuzzzzelt's in meine Kopf... Ideenteile suchen sich zusammen... Ja, klar: Karoband, Karostoff,  Spitze... eine wenig Rosa *g*

Since almost a week it's wuuuzzzziiing in my head... Pieces of ideas trying to get together... Sure: checkered ribbon, checkered fabrics, some lace... a little pink *g*

Jo melkein viikon verran schhhhhuhisee päässäni... ideanpalaset yrittävät kasaantua... Juu, tottakai: ruutunauhaa ja - kangasta, pitsiä... vähän vaaleanpunaista *g*

Die Idee wird langsam klarer. Meine süße kleine Moonstela (auf dem Mosaikbild links oben)hat endlich eine Puppenmutter bekommen: Molla-Maija ist geboren! Für mich.  Weitere Puppis wuuuzzzeeln im Kopf, manche sind zum Teil schon geschnitten... Mal sehen... Neue Liebe.

Kennst du Michael? Seinetwegen musste ich gestern abend bis Mitternacht auf bleiben. Aber wie gerne doch! Michael war in Fernsehen. Ich liebe Engel und Michael ist schon 'was Besonderes... Man soll sich nicht vom Aussehen und Manieren gleich täuschen lassen... Und da ich selten ganz unnütz vor der Kiste sitzen kann, habe ich passend zum Thema "all you need is love" Engelchen und Herzchen für den Weihnachtsbasar genäht. Die Engelchen werden etwa so wie der erste aussehen. Solltest du Michael nicht kennen, gibt's einen Ausschnitt hier.

Do you know Michael? Because of him I had to stay up until midnight: Michael was on TV. I just love angels, and this one sure is special... Telling us not to let us make a false picture of someone just by looks and manners. Not being able to sit and stare, doing nothing, I was working on my tiny angels (they look more or less like this when ready) and hearts for the coming Christmas bazaars, perfectly suiting the theme of the film "all you need is love". Tunnetko Mikaelin? Hänen takiaan piti eilen valvoa puoleen yöhön asti. Mikael oli telkkarissa ja hän on aivan huippu. Rakastan enkeleitä ja tämä on kyllä aika spesiaali... Opettaa olemaan tekemättä ihmisistä vääriä johtopäätöksiä ensimmäisen kuvan perusteella. Ja kun en osaa telkkua tekemättä mitään värkkäsin pikkuenkeleitä (näyttävät suunnilleen tältä kunhan ovat valmiita) ja sydämiä tulevia joulumyyjäisiä varten. Jos et muuten tunne Mikaelia, täällä pikkunäyte. Ja aamulla piti sitten leipoa nopeasti jotain hyvältä tuoksuvaa, vähän enkelin henkäystä syyssäähän.

Perfektes Nähwetter * perfect sewing weather...

Es dürfte kein Geheimnis mehr sein, dass ich leicht karovernarrt bin. Passend zu meiner neuen Lieblingsommertasche und Täschchen, zum Kalender und zum Notizheft habe ich NOCH ein Täschchen genäht, in dem ich meine Mitnahmeprojekte verstauen möchte. Sommerurlaub naht, und ich WEIß, dass ich öfters irgendwo warten und Zeit verstreichen lassen werde (müssen)...

I suppose it is no secret, that I'm kind of crazy about checkered and vichy... To go with my new favorite summer bag and pouch, to my calender and my note booklet I now made another pouch for small carry-along projects. I want to have something to do, while (having to) wait(ing) some place during our summer holidays....




Michi hat es heute in ihrem Blog Kreativbox so schön beschrieben, wie frau oft Stoffe hütet... Ich bin da ganz schlimm. Ich habe uuuuralte Stoffe, die nur noch gestreichelt werden... Dieser Stoff mit dem großen Karos war mal eine Bettwäsche von meinem Bruder (vor fast 40 Jahren...), aus dem ich vor 15 Jahren meiner Tochter eine Bluse gemacht habe (die irgendwo im Keller verstaut ist, weil ich sie liebe...) und die Reste bekommen nun seitdem regelmäßig ihre Streicheleinheiten *gg* Nun habe ich ein wenig davon geopfert. Der Reisenadelkissen kommt schon mal aus dem Täschchen raus und hängt dann an dem Perlmuttknopf, an dem hier mein neuer Onni hängt (Stoff aus Hosenbein, das abgeschnitten wurde *g*) - mein Onni bekommt aber auch noch Haare wie sein Freundchen. Ganz ohne Pünktchen geht's also doch nicht...

Michi wrote today in her blog Kreativbox about not being able to cut the fabrics... I will have to out myself too: I have some real old fabrics, taht I just can't cut... they only get fondled every now and then! This fabric with the big checks was originally my brother's bed linen (some 40 years ago...), later (15 years ago) I made a blouse for my daughter and these are the last leftovers. The travel pincushion can be hanged on the button, right now my new little friend ONNI likes to hang around there. My Onni will get some hair just like his friend. Both are made of leftovers of trousers and jeans cut short.

Das muss ich euch noch mal zeigen. Gestern abend beim Fernschauen ist mir so gegangen wie Gela es in ihrem Blog beschrieben hat. Da kam mir die Idee für die Haare diese kleinen Onnis...
Die ersten präsentiere ich voller Stolz im Lädchen! Den Stoff habe ich vor kurzem bei Komolka gekauft, aber bis jetzt daraus noch gar nichts gemacht. Da mich jetzt aber das Erdbeerfieber gepackt hat... tjah. Perfekt für kleine Erdbeer Onnis, oder?

So habe ich ein paar neue Sachen in mein Dawanda Lädchen gestellt, Mittagessen für meine Familie gekocht - denn ich werde nicht da sein ;-) - und zwei Maschinen Wäsche gewaschen, jetzt werde ich noch Rekordzeit die Wohnung aufräumen, die Wintersachen in den Keller tragen und in die Stadt düsen. Die Buchhandlung Morawa in der Innenstadt lockt mich irgendwie, bevor ich um 15.30 Uhr zum Seminar muss... Ich hoffe, die neueste Ausgabe von Marie Claire Idees ist schon da...

This morning I got a phone call telling me, I'll have a day off today! *thank you so much, dear Eva!* So I sat down to upload some new things in my Dawanda shop, cooked the lunch for my family - I won't be here... ;-) - and washed two loads of laundry. Now I'll just clean the house in record time, carry the winter clothes in the cellar box and hurry to the city... Bookstore Morawa seems to be calling me to come over, and I'll have plenty of time before my seminar starts at 15.30h. I hope to get the newest issue of Marie Claire Idees!

Mit meiner kleinen Monsterangel - auf dem Foto ihre kleine Cousine - hat eigentlich alles angefangen; dass ich ein Netshop eröffnet habe, und eigentlich auch, dass ich heute blogge... Letzten Sommer hat Mister so gut wie keinen Urlaub gehabt und ich verbrachte meine drei Wochen auf Balkonien. Endlich hatte ich Zeit, um ein paar der Ideen zu verwirklichen, die im Kopf so laut gesummt hatten! Ein paar der ersten Monsterchen sind auch hier zu sehen. Ich kann mich immer noch nicht wirklich entscheiden, welche mir selbst am Besten gefallen; die Onni's, die Rundenkleinen oder die eckigen Monsterengel. Welche sind deine Favoriten? Alle sind sie mit viel Liebe per Hand gefertigt und damit Einmalig!

Dieser ONNI wartet gerade eingepackt auf seine Reise nach Deutschland. Übrigens: Onni ist ein finnischer männlicher Vorname und bedeutet "Glück".

Als Ausgleich zu der Konzentration der letzten Wochen - Seminare und Steuererklärung (fertig und abgegeben!) habe ich wieder ein paar kleine Monsterfreunde fertiggenäht und in mein Dawanda shop gestellt. Diese hier haben schon ein neues Zuhause gefunden - viel Spaß!

It all started actually with my little Monsterangel (the first picture shows her little cousin): that I now have an internetshop and even that I'm blogging today... Mister didn't get much of holidays last summer and so I spent quite a lot of my holidays on my terasse. Finally I had time to create and let those ideas free that had been summing in my had! You can find some of the very first monsters here. I still can't decide which ones I like most; the Onni's, the tiny round ones or the different monsterangel... Which ones do you like best? All of them are made with love by hand and happy fingers - which makes each one of them unique!

To get a little change from concentrating the last weeks (learning & seminars & tax return...) I finished some new mosnter for my Dawanda shop. The three little Onni's have already found a new home and the last Onni (with the long hair ;-)) is anxiously awaiting to get to Germany in the next days! I wish you look, dear ones! By the way: ONNI is a finnish male first name meaning "luck" and/or "happiness".

Wiedersehen macht Freude...

Es kommt mir vor, als wäre ich ewig weg vom Bloglandia gewesen... Entzugserscheinungen waren schon zu spüren... dabei sind es ja nur ein paar Tage gewesen. Vielleicht ist es nur, weil so viele Dinge passiert sind? Einen kurzen Rundblick habe ich schon gemacht: ganz schön viel zum Nachlesen bei euch, Leute!

Beim Küchenputz habe ich mein liebes kleines Zwergenbaby wieder gefunden, das gleich ein sonniges Plätzchen am Kressetopf bekam, um das Frühlingsfeeling zu geniessen. Ist es nicht schön, Kleinigkeiten zu finde, die man irgendwie schon vergessen hat!? Wie ein Geschenk ist das!
Weiter unten zeige ich noch ein paar andere Geschenke...

Seems like ages that I've paused... Started to feel dizzy like a real addict... In fact it's wasn't more than a couple of days. So much happened meanwhile. There seems to be quite a lot to read in all your great blogs... I'll soon stop by, folks!

Cleaning my kitchen I happened to find an old little friend of mine, this tiny garden gnomebaby. I gave him a sunny place on my kitchen window to enjoy the spring feeling. Isn't it lovely to find something you have forgotten? Feels like a present, right? Later on I'll show you some more presents...

On Saturday Mister cleaned our terasse for the season - it's like new... Such a pleasure to decorate! I started with these little birdies I treated myself with some time ago. Remember my Mr.&Mrs. Chick and Mr. Love? In that shop I bought also these little fellows and a small ballerina for my niece's 4th birthday. I wish I had bought more... A dear friend brought me this lovely flower - thanks Isabella!

Am Samstag hat Mister unsere Terasse mit Kärcher so richtig fein sauber bekommen! Mir bleibt nur das Angenehme übrig: dekorieren... Ich habe mit den beiden kleinen Piipsern angefangen, die ich mir zu Ostern gegönnt habe. Erinnert ihr euch an Mr.&Mrs. Chick und Mr. Love? Im gleichen Geschäft habe ich auch die kleine Ballerina zum vierten Geburtstag meiner Nichte gefunden. Jetzt tut es mir fast leid, dass ich nicht noch mehr zugeschlagen habe...

Währen Mister beim Terasseputzen beschäftigt war, habe ich mit zwei lieben Freundinnen Schmuckkeramik geknetet.

Needlemonster was born last summer - on my terasse...

Nadelmonster ist letztes Jahr - auf meiner Terasse - geboren...
Ich liebe diese alten Rex -Gläser. Das kleine Stückchen von Omas Spitze ist fast zu kurz für alles andere gewesen. Die Hendlborte habe ich schon seit letzten Sommer und ziert ein paar Leinentäschen - und weil's so nett ist, habe ich auch ein Paar Ohrringe gemacht, eigentlich eh schon zu Ostern, aber irgendwie habe ich vergessen, sie zu zeigen.



** I love these old marmalade glasses. The tiny piece of old lace from my grandmum is actually too short for anything else... With the chicken ribbon I fell in love last summer - it decorates some of my linen pouches - and because I like it so much, I made some earrings as well, actually already for Easter, but somehow I forgot to show them. And as already sewing my dear linen and lace by hand, I made these little boats to decorate our bathroom. I love to sew or crochet or do something else while watching TV. I seldom watch TV doing nothing... Unfortunately don't know where in internet I saw these lovely boats! Has anybody got an idea? I'd love to give credit to the person with this cute idea! I used very old linen of our Christmas sack, another lighter linen my brother wore as trousers, a piece of lace from the dress I wore to my graduation party and another lace we had on old doll bedclothes - all recycled except the checkered ribbon.

Nähen per Hand ist so schön gemütlich abends beim Fernsehen - ich sehe ganz selten Fern ohne etwas zu tun... - und da ich schon mit meinen geliebten Leinen und Spitzen beschäftigt war, habe ich endlich auch diese Böötchen für unser Badezimmer gemacht. Leider weiß ich nicht mehr, wo ich diese tolel Idee gesehen habe, irgendwo in Internet war's. Weiß es jemand zufällig? Ich würde so gerne diese Kreative hier nennen! Als Material dienten mir ein Stück ganz alten Leinen aus unserem uralten Weihnachtsmannsack... leichterer Leinen aus der Sommerhose von meinem Bruder... ein Stück Spitze aus dem Kleid, das ich zur Maturafeier (!) getragen habe und eine andere Spitze aus alter Puppenbettwäsche. Alles alt ausser dem Karoband. Es könnte noch eine ganze Flotte werden...

Betty hat mir das checkered ribbon für Verdienste um das Karoband verliehen! :D *freufreu* Das ist eine von ihr mausgezeichnete Grafik. Ihre Anleitung lautet: Für den Alltag musst du dir einfach ein Karoband in der Farbe deiner Wahl zurecht legen und mit einer Sicherheitsnadel anbringen *fg* Liebe Betty, DAS mache ich gerne! Ich trage eigentlich immer ein Karoband, denn mein kleines Monsterangel Freundchen hängt an einem roten und geht immer mit!

Dieses kleine Etwas hat es in sich: ich liebe Schneemänner, ich liebe Wichtel, ich liebe Engel... und Herzen mag ich auch ganz gerne! Meine neue kleine Freundin passt auf (und gut dazu) mein neues Handyfon in der passenden Handybag. Genauso gut könnte sie aber auch auf meiner Schulter Platz nehmen ;-)

Ok folks, time to out myself... (But you have probably noticed it anyhow): I love angel. I love snowmen and I love these busy little helpers of the one and only Joulupukki. (You know: I love Christmas...) And I really like the form of hearts! These are the ingredients for my new little friend. Here she takes good care of my new portable in it's matching bag (did I tell you I love linen?) but as a brooch she could as well be sitting on my shoulder taking care of me. And she'd better do that, because I should rather be getting things ready for my Christmas fairs instead of sitting here and blogging. Poor thing, she'll have a quite a lot to do, I'm afraid. ;-)

. . .I usually don't have to worry about having nothing to do... Oh, no! Reading all the lovely blogs (by the way: until about a monts ago I used to think I don't need a blog...) I find so many fantastic things I would like to try as well! Nevertheless, for some time I have been feeling as if there was something missing. Like... a place of my own to sort out my thoughts? Okay. What to do? The kids are not willing to give away their rooms. We are not planning to get a new flat, not to even talk about a house. I will start my own blog! This idea has kept me pretty busy the last few weeks. Sure, I still will have to sort out my thoughts! But today is as good as any other day to get started. To be continued. Let's see what comes.
